The National League Committee is the work horse that gets things done...in fact they do the work so the rest of us can just enjoy playing the game.

The National League Committee is comprised of National League Players from Sun City and Sun City West.  All decisions pertaining to the National League are developed and/or evaluated by the NL Committee prior to sending a recommendation to the Sun Cities Senior Softball Association for approval; and then it is up to the NL Committee to implement their recommendations.  It is the NL Committee that looks at the rules and determines if modifications or amendments to the rules must be made, and then submits their recommendations to the Sun Cities Senior Softball Association for approval.  Among there duties is the selection of team managers, determining who is available for the draft, determining player ratings, overseeing of the draft, posting the results of the draft, managing the substitution and placement pools, creating the game schedules, insuring that games are started and progress expeditiously, and insuring that the National League has a reporter to keep us all up to date on what is going on in the National League.
