Message from Bob Dobbins:

I have been commissioned by the league board to survey all players in the American  league about the structure of our league. A proposal was presented to the league board to split the American league into two leagues. The new division would be the Major division. The major division would be made up of 10 players per team. There would be no ratings in the Major division. Anyone in the Major division could sub for anyone in the Major division. The American league would still have 1, 2, & 3 rated players and be structured the same as it is now. This proposal gives more skilled players the opportunity to play against more skilled players. It also gives the American league the opportunity to be more balanced. This information will be reviewed by the league board to determine if any changes will be made to our league.
